Contempt of court

My ex is accusing me of not allowing him to see our kids this man abused me for 3 years and went to jail for 2 yrs and they gave him visitation which i was doing until he stopped coming to get them what are my rights how do i fight this i hired a lowyer but she wants me to agree with whatever his lawyer says and i'm not having it

Find another lawyer. But his abuse of you is not an excuse not to allow him to see the kids. If he is not coming, you need to document these facts by making a police report. Good Luck.
