Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Contempt of court

I am in the army in texas and my ex lives in Az w/ our 2 kids. She did not allow them to visit me over the holidays and I am not allowed to talk with them. Thanksgiving was the last time I talked to them. She has filed a modification of custody trying to take away all of my parental rights. I want to know if she can be found in contempt of court or not. She has filed two other petitions to no avail. I need help please. Besides filing a response, what are my options? Thank you very much.

Re: Contempt of court

If she and the kids, and the original orders are in Arizona, then you need to refile this question addressed to AZ attorneys.

If the orders are in a Texas court, then your option is to be proactive, and file a Petition for Enforcement and Contempt against her.
