Contempt of Court

In June 99,temporary orders on child, never went back to court, neither parent did social study we paid for, my attorney drop me because I could not longer pay him, trouble with finances, no final papers signed by DA or my attorney, only his, his attorney, signed some orders, they were waiting for my attorney, but never happened, did not take daughter back to dad, because dad will not communicate, Am I in contempt of court if there is no final documents, only temporary for dates in June of 99, pertaining to that month only?
