Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

am I in contempt of court if I do not make my 14 year old stay with her father. she has been given the choice to stay with him or with me. we have not enforced the visitation per our divorce orders. now my ex want to enforce this. she was suppose to stay the month of june and july, but he negated his june month and now wants her the month of july because he is upset with me. she chose to come home and he wants to file contempt of court on me. he texted her and said she could go home.

Very difficult to answer. When you do not follow court orders, you can be in contempt of court. However, if he is not following court orders, he can be held in contempt of court. If he was supposed to have her in June and didn't take her, that does not mean he now gets to take July. he does not make the rules. He sounds like a bully.
