Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Contest a divorce
My wife and I are getting a divorce. She has filed and her attorney has sent a letter. The letter has inaccurate information . Should I sign or should I refuse to sign until the information is correct?

I personally would not sign a waiver or anything until I read all the paperwork.
If you sign a waiver, you are basically telling the court to go forward without you. Your wife's attorney can put ANYTHING into the final document and you will be bound by it.
Buyer beware!
