A continuance was issued because the respondent didn't pay the defendant Then what happens?

A continuance should just reset the trial to a new date. Sometimes the continuances don't set a new trial date (I don't know why...that makes no sense). If the continuance did not set a new trial date, then ask for one (if you want one).
