Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm a contractor for an overseas company and am scheduled to head back out in March for 5 months. My ex filed child support while i was overseas and lied about the 2 children i had prior to her so that she could get more money. She also had her lawyer word the document for visitation in such a way that we both have joint custody but the dates and times must be agreed upon by both of us. Needless to say we never agree and she never lets me see them. Can she get in trouble for lying about my other children and what can i do to get a set schedule for visitation?

You need to hire an attorney to file a motion to modify the child support and visitation.
