Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

co-parenting

My son is 3 yrs old my daughter 1 1/2 I currently got a new job that requires me to work weekends. the medation agreement was for supervised visit but now i feel that supervised visit should not happen. I have tried to communicate with my ex to see my children its been 2 1/2 months sence i seen them. she refuses to give me 15-30 mins with them unless its vai the safe program. There is not reason for supervised visit. I have been tring to co-parent she refuse to work things out. Do I have a chance to get this order change. to where i can have standard visitation with my kids. current order is joint custody.

Re: co-parenting

I do not know if your orders are temporary or final - as the procedures/requirements would differ somewhat. See a lawyer about getting the current orders modified.
