Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

some one co-signed for me

a friend co-signed for me on a vehicle and now he is going thru a divorce. can he be taken off of the agreement. i am afraid that his wife will fight the vehicle in court and it will be granted to her. since the vehicle is under my name and his name. and i will end up paying for my portion. and she will have the car please adivse if i sell or repo.

He is not going to be taken off the agreement in the divorce. Why would she want to be responsible to pay his debt? If you pay for the car, it's yours. Just make your payments on time, otherwise he will come after the car.
