Counselling
Is it a law in the state of Texas that you have to for marriage counselling before you can get a divorce? Also,Do you require proof of adultery if your spouse is living with another woman and wont tell you the truth?

In some courts if you have children you will have to complete a parenting class. If you have a large estate and want a disproportionate share you will need to prove adultery. Contact us if you need more help.

Judges will NOT require counseling.
Texas has no fault divorces.
Adultery is only necessary for property division.
