Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a court appointed attorney that will not even return my phone calls. She is never prepared in court. She says that she doesn't have to be prepared because I don't pay her money. Who can I report her to. This is in the Henderson Tx county. This is a CPS Case. Thanks Jeanie

Keep a record of your phone calls - date and time.

Report her to the judge, and ask for a different lawyer. Do it in writing.
