Court -Appointed child visitation

At what age can a child make the decision as to whether or not they want to go with the non-custodial on a court-appoinrted visitation?

Re: Court -Appointed child visitation

The child is subject to the Order until the age of 18. Any changes have to be made in Court not by a child.
