Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have court for child support in about a week and i have the kids but i was charged with domestic violance last year will that effect the judges decicion please help soon

Child support doesn't have any connection with family violence.

Child support is calculated based on the payor's ("obligor's") earnings, assuming that the child doesn't have special needs.
