Can my ex go to court on our divorce while I am out of town for work I go a call from her today telling me she scheduled the court date for tomorrow at 8:30 I am currently out of town working with no way to get back here for court and she refuses to get the date changed we have to kids no property and it is a non contested divorce and she was the one that filed

If it's truly uncontested then it may not matter whether you appear in court. You may have signed a waiver allowing her to set hearings in the case, even a final hearing, without notice to you. If that's the case then there's probably nothing wrong with what she did. Without an appropriate waiver then she must give you at least three days notice for most hearings (and 45 days notice for final hearings).
