Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If we went to court and made a settlement proposal in front of a judge, but that document has yet to be drawn up, yet to be signed, and a new court date established to do that, am I bound by the new agreement, or still operating under the orginal document until the new one is signed and ratified by the judge?

We need more information.

By "operating under the original document" do you mean continuing to pay child support? Injunctions from the "old document" (or perhaps injunctions in the agreement you made)? It makes a difference.
