Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I currently have a court order custody arrangement. The father gets her this upcoming weekend and his house is infested with bed bugs. She typically comes home with bites all over her and I do not want a repeat of this since he has not fixed the situation. Is there any way I can legally prevent him from taking her even though it is legally his weekend to take her?

Your only option is to modify the current court order. Otherwise you are violating the judge's order.
