Court Order

I have been ordered by the Court to pay my Ex-Wife - X amount of $'s - what may happen if I fell not too? What does a Court Order really mean?

It means that you are legally obligated to comply, otherwise, you are submitting your self to consequences.

If this is spousal support, one of the consequences could be jail. If child support other consequences include loss of your driver's license, and any other professional license you may hold. If it a division of property, then the court can order seizure and sale of your property.
