Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Court Order time limit

My x fired his lawyer after our court date for a divorce ''temporary orders'' hearing. It was his lawyers responsibility to create the agreements that were met during that hearing and did not. I am now in posession of the court reporters transcript. Do the orders made by the judge and agreed to by my soon to be x stand until My x requests a hearing to change them, or is there a time limit on the order? The transcript says it will be looked at again in 90 days (which is expired)

Re: Court Order time limit

What does your lawyer say? If you don't have a lawyer you need to get one. Your asking complex legal questions indicating you need legal assistance to take care of these matters for yourself and your children. Good Luck.
