Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Court ordered child support.
I am seeking info on child support.
In 1998 my girlfriend which was married but separated had a baby an since she was married they would not let me put my name on the B/C.
I have been told she is mine then that she is not.
Is their a blood test that has to be done before I can be ordered to pay child support?
