Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The court ordered the mother to allow me to see my baby every other week and did not set any child support payments. In the meantime she wont let me see the baby unless I pay. I had been giving her money for the baby and extra cash for other expenses but she always wants more than I make. How do I get the court to inforce the order, If I don't have any more money to pay a lawyer. I haven't seen my son for over 2 months now.

To enforce a court order, you file a motion for contempt. You set a hearing date, and serve the mother with a show cause order. Ask the Judge to fine her and put her in jail.
