Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What does someone do when the court has ordered their soon to be ex spouse to pay monies and they don't? Do they have to go through their attorney or is there a cheaper approach. This person was an abused wife and her "husband" is refusing to obey the court orders and she doesn't have the money to use her attorney to go after him.

The answer to your question depends on what kind of money is ordered to be paid, and to whom. Did the order require the payment of an ordinary debt? Is it for the pay ment of child support? Spousal support?
