Court ordered visitation

custodial parent is constantly in contempt of the court order a rule 11 agreement was filed march 05 giving my husband temp orders to have pick up and drop off happen at the school, childs mother gave the school a bogus letter from a judge and a written letter saying we no longer have expanded visits effective nov 05 recently went to court and found out was a lie and the expanded visits are still in play we go back to court 6/22 but now school wont adhere to the rule 11 because of the date what should we do, the attorney my husband used is a personal injury attroney and seems like we are doing all the work please help this has been going on for 2 years he does nothing for us

If your attorney is not working for you fire him/her. Find somebody who will work on your case and earn the money he is paid. A good lawyer who know what he/she is doing is worth the money and actually sometimes winds up saving you money in the long run.
