Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

court ordered visitation

I have a court ordered visitation whereby the father brings my two boys to visit once per month but he has only complied one or two times in two years. He lives in another town and is suppose to call me the on Thursday, bring them on Friday and pick them up on Sunday. Is he in comtempt...how do I file? Where can I obtain a form to file?

You will need to file to enforce the earlier order and you may be able to make him pay for your attornay as a sanction.
