Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Court orders.
My Ex-husband was ordered in our final divorce decree to pay me money. And he has not given me a dime. I can not afford a lawyer. Can I file on him myself and what form do i get and where do i file it?

A person always has the right to represent themselves. It may not be a good idea, but you have the right. Visit the law library to research the documents and procedures you will need.
