Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

court orders

i moved to texas just over a year ago and i was given visitions with my now 11 year old son who lives with his dad and girlfriend but i have not been aloud to see him(orders from the girlfriend) i have taken him to court and he has been told to let me see my son but still i cant. i also am aloud to get him for part or all of summer but once again she said no. so what can i do to see my son and keep her from playing judge on a court order that she has been told to stay out of for over 5years now?

Re: court orders

Ask for custody. You could get custody at least for part time. You have to keep working on this, because it does not happen just because you have an order. You have to take steps to enforce the order. Good Luck.
