Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
If my court orders state that my the non custodial parent has visitations every first, third, and fifth Monday starting at 5pm and ending Wednesday at 6pm; and every Thursday for three hourr (5-8pm), but my child is already 7 and currently enrolled in school, does the order automatically turn to standard visitations (Friday- Sunday) or does the initial order over powers that Family code?

The order controls. If there are no other provisions in your order that provide for more visitation once the child hits a certain age, then you have to file a petition to modify the order to get more visitation time.
Before you do that, please take your order to a good family law attorney for them to review. These orders can be difficult to analyze if you're not used to reading them all day every day.
