If in the divorce papers, if it says can not have a relationship with anyone under the age 21, can marriage break that rule? Is there anyway to get around it?

I agree with the previous response, and add a question. What is the consequence of violating the provision? I am not sure that it is an enforceable provision.

This is not a normal provision. You either need to go back to your previous attorney (if you had one) or take a copy of the decree and have it reviewed by a good family law attorney.

Why don't you just wait until the person is 21?
