If i have court papers signed by a judge and a court transcript that say 2 different things which one will hold up in court

The written, signed order is what matters. If it doesn't actually reflect the Judge's ruling (what was pronounced in open court), then you need to file a motion to reform the judgment. Do this within 30 days after the judgment was signed.
