Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
if you are in court because someone keeps on trying to get some of their rights back to a child that they gave up. can you have their past bought up at each hearing. so the judge knows why they had to give up the child

If their rights have been terminated, then just file a motion to dismiss. And if the court does not grant the motion to dismiss, set their suit for trial and once they finish their case, ask the court for summary judgment in your favor.
If rights have been terminated, you don't have to put up much of a case.
Now, if they relinquished possession but did not have their rights terminated, that's a different story and WHY they had to relinquish possession is certainly relevant.
No matter what is going on, the fastest path out of a silly lawsuit is to take it to trial and get it disposed of. Long bouts of trash talking back and forth serve no purpose.
Good luck!!
