Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In my last court visit for Child Support Enforcement-The Judge passed a judgment against my ex-husband. The Judment was for him to pay a lump sum and to continue making his regular payments. If he did not comply- by our next court day he would be arrested. My questions is -Is my presence in court necessary to see if he complyed with the judgment? I just started a new job and I don't want to be absent if my presence is not required for that date.

No, you don't have to be in Court. The ex-husband was ordered to come back; you were not.
