What can the courts do if someone was ordered in a SAPCR to stay in a certain geographical restriction and they move outside of said area?

You need to file a Motion for Enforcement and request a writ for the return of the child. You should act immediately. If the parent is gone for an extended time with the child, before complaining to the court, the court may question the sincerity of the complaint.
