Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a cps case in Houston the caseworker want to do reunification of my kids to my care and give my ex supervise visit then a week before we went to court me and my ex had an indent at my job with him breaking a cell phone that I ask for back the police were call by a coworker I didn't press any charges but a report was made my case stated that this was a new incident and I could not protect my kids I advised the judge that he does know we're I live and I have advise my sercurty officer at my job and provide a picture of him to ensure my safety but this was still was not enought the judge was a asst judge and not informed about my case and would not allow reunification is there anything I can do
