Can CPS take your child if you refuse to admit them into a residentual behavioral facility?

This is an extremely loaded question, which I think is missing a great deal of critical information. The agency running the facility usually makes the decision of who and who is not admitted into the facility. CPS, in order to take custody of a child, needs to demonstrate neglect or abuse, or the imminent danger of neglect or abuse.
