CPS court ordered drug testing

Even though they broke several laws, CPS was able to get a judge to ignore this and order drug testing for myself and my family. I am clean and I suspect my 18 year old daughter is too. However can the judge order me to force her to appear for testing as she is an 18 year old adult here in Texas? The order specifically orders me to present her.

The judge can *order* anything; whether you can comply will depend whether or not you can be held in contempt. If you can get her there, might be a good idea. If you can't be ready to defend yourself on a contempt charge. Good Luck
