CPS gettin a court order

My daughter and five year old grand-daughter live with me. The father is not on the birth certificiate. He and his mother made up some lyes and told cps and now they want to get court order to talk to the little girl and do a hair folicial test on my dauhter. She got her on test and passed it. How will the court order be delivered. Really stressed out.

If the test was ordered at a hearing where your daughter was present, it doesn't have to be "delivered". She heard the judge make the order and probably got a copy.

If this is a CPS case your daughter really needs an attorney. If she doesn't already have one, she may be able to ask the Court to appoint one for her. Depends on the kind of case.
