Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

cps and my kids taken

The CPS caseworker that had at one time visited my home while conducting an investigation that was prompted by the school based of my handicap childs medical care. The court order included only my oldest two boys and myself. I did not submit to a drug test that was requested, I did not refuse I just didnt have transportation to go to the cps office since I had to return a company vehicle.I contacted the case worker , and informed her but two days later they take my kids from school and the cops come to my home and remove my three year old and they claimed that I had failed to appear in court. but stood corrected as I informed them I was there, but could not get back to cps for a drug test, that in my opinion, should not have been asked for in the first place since I have no criminial record or drug related charges of any kind, and the origional reason for the court hearing was based on false allegations. what do I do? Do they have the right to request a drug test for no reason? I cant say I would trust someone whom is trying to take my kids to stick anything in my mouth, would you?

Do you not have an attorney? You need one. If there is any way you can afford to hire one, you should, as you will get more experienced, attentive representation. If not, the court will appoint one to represent you. Get a lawyer, now.
