Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I missed my court hearing 2-day but I was not informed. I thought it was on 4-30-07. I called them when I found out threw my mom because my sister and older brother had to go to court also (our children was all taken into custody 11/17/06). My sister is the one who knew the court date she told me the wrong date, she was also supposed to be my ride. But she did not come. My case worker told me I have to give my son up for adoption; She does not work with me or return my phone calls. I barley got a service plan 3/14/07 from my counseler he made me a copy of what she had sent him. I had made several attempts to start my counseling but they did not have my paper work from my case worker. The counseler finally got my paper work after I went up there asken to set up for enrollment. A week later he started seeing me. There are a few other things I cannot start because I do not Know how to go about things. Is this fair, they can't take my baby's away from me this soon! My caseworker told me the Judge wont allow an extension. But I have heard from people who's been through c.p.s. it took them bout a year in a half to get them back. I feel like my caseworker judges me since the begining. I've always felt like it wasnt fair.

There are lawyers who are willing to work on a payment plan -- you need to find one right away.
