Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

CPS papers

My husband is a registered sex offender he recieved this charge several years ago. I had cps called on me and in my papers i signed it states that they must obtain a seprate residence. He is incarcerated at this time but will be home in a few months. Is there anyway that they can live in the same home? Like maybe we can take some classes? My child is not at risk with him he was a teenager when he recieved this charge.

Re: CPS papers

This is not a simple question. If you signed papers for CPS saying you would not let your husband live in the same residence with your child and the case is still open, you risk losing your child if you let him live there.
