Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

CPS tags

My step son is 14 with the mentality of an 8 year old, and an IQ of 50. He has been labeled as a sexual perpitrator by CPS. What can we do to remove this stigma from his record

Re: CPS tags

You would have to prove that your son is not a sexual "perpitrator". I don't know what that is, but even if it's misspelled, it doesn't sound good. You would have to obtain qualified psychiatric and psychological evidence through comprehensive testing (or at least more than done by CPS - which likely wasn't very much). It would likely cost some money, might be considered expensive depending on what you think is expensive. Good Luck.
