My Crazy EX
I have a child from a previous relationship. My EX also remarried and is now going thru a divorce. Though not completed she has been with another guy who is also going thru a divorce and not completed yet. And now she is preg by him. How good of a chance do I stand on getting full custody of my daughter for the crazy stuff going on over there. I am remarried with a house, I am military so i have a stable income and 2 kids of my own.

How good of a chance, you ask? Good question for the lawyer you will need to have in order to have any chance of success in your legal quest. (Many factors can come into play in the custody matter, some of which may be dependent or influenced by the nature and characteristics of the local jurisdiction where the case is filed.)

What county has jurisdiction over your case?
How old is the child?
How is the child doing in school?
The court would look at best interests of the child (whatever that is -- there is no definition of that term!).
Does the child want to live with you?
Just because she's divorcing is not grounds for divorce.
Owning a house is not grounds to get custody of a child.
