Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello, I was curious my son is 6 years old... and his father does not live at a stable envoirnment. The father will sometimes live with his dad, mom, or girlfriend. My child complains he doesn't like to go to the girlfriend's house because he has to sleep in one room with her 3 kids, and that it is always dirty. The father will also ask me for clothing for my son, but i tell him he can buy his own clothing since he doesn't pay bills, and the father doesn't even have a good hygiene for my son either. My son will come back in the same clothes i sent him off with...or my son will tell me that when he is at the girlfriend's house he doesn't have a toothbrush and won't brush his teeth all weekend. My question is...Is there anything I can do about this??

I assume that Dad is exercising visitation under a court order.

Since the court order is no longer appropriate, you need to file a motion for modification. Ask that visitation be changed, or even denied.
