Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am currenlty seperated from my wife. she is 6 months pregnant. Do we have to wait till the baby is born to start the divorce process or can we start it now and finalize it when the baby is born?

You can file anytime & finalize when the baby is born.

I recommend that you hire an attorney since you will need provisions for a small baby.
