My current husband wants to adopt my daughter from a previous marriage. My ex-husband is willing to terminate his rights so she can be adopted. What's the first step? how costly is this & how long will it take?

This is a fairly simple process if the father is willing to voluntarily agree to terminate his parental rights. I have handled many such cases and would be willing to discuss the process with you.
