custadity if a child

i have a 14 year old who desided she was going to live with her father who does not have custidty ,he told me that i should not bring in the cops he would make it hard on me.i have raised my child for 15 years by myself he just stared seeing her in this pass year regularly yes i recieve $48.00 every 2 weeks for child support he has not helped me with anything else ..can i tell her that she has to come home nomatter what or is it she can do what ever she wants?

You have the right to enforce the custody order, which would likely force your daughter to move back home with you.
