Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custodial Dad lets kids live with Mom- What about child support?

My husband has 4 children that he has had custody of for approx 8 years. He now has let the 3 oldest (16, 14, 12) go live with their Mom. She was suppose to be paying support and wasn't for a long time. Lately(3 months) she did start paying because of a lawsuit that she will be getting $30,000. But she is still behind over 12,000. Now that my husband has let 3 of the 4 go live with her what happens with the child support?

No legal custody papers has been signed or filed. Should we start sending the $72.00 a week he gets from the AG office back to her or what?

The mother is still responsible to pay the child support until the order is changed. Sending the kids does not change the obligation of the order
