Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custodial father has problems getting cs raised

The family judge in our small town will grant custodial mothers looking for an increase what they ask for if the father does not appear for the court date. However, if a custodial father is in the same position the judge will make him prove the other parent's income. This involves a great deal more money because the mother lives/works in another state and ignores all requests from our attorney. Can anything be done about this?

I know the problem. If you have an attorney, I can't give you even the minimum advice available on this forum. My advice would be to get an attorney who knows how to overcome this obstacle.
