Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am the custodial parent of 2 children. They are with their mother for their summer visitation, and she has jsut told me over the phone that "You are not getting them back!" What can I do? Help!

I'm assuming they are due back 7/31/2011 by 6pm. If you do not think they are in any risk of immediate danger, then you might just wait and see if she does bring them back. If she doesn't (and she's nearby) try to go get them if you can do so without risking harm to yourself or the children. (You can call the police and ask for a civil standby.) If all that fails, file a request for a writ of habeus corpus and a motion to enforce the possession and access schedule, seeking contempt.
