Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex is the custodial parent and the court order says we are supposed to meet in Terrell everyother Fri for my weekend visits. Last time he said he wasnt going to meet me in Terrell anymore and if i wanted to see my kids I would have to drive all the way to Tyler to pick them up. What are my rights? Can he do this?

To start off: The "meet the other parent halfway" orders are a terrible idea. Nobody should ever agree to one, and no judge should ever order it.

You can sue him for contempt if he doesn't obey the order. And you can ask for a modification of the order.
