Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am the custodial parent. Decree states that ex husband gets children on Thursdays. He refuses to get them on Thursday evenings. Since he doesn't take them, is there any way to get extra child support. He also doesn't get them every weekend that he is scheduled.
