Im a custodial parent if the non custodial parent has harassment charges and his new spouse has drug charges is there anything i can do about his visitation

If you have sufficient evidence to show the court that there has been a material change in circumstances regarding the children or affecting their best interests, you can seek a modification.

If NCP has been harassing you, that is probably not a very strong reason to get visitation modified.
